Who is Urban Road?
Urban Road was established in 2010 by Suzie Atkin – a self-taught artist and illustrator - who dreamt of bringing original and affordable canvas art prints into the homes of interior and art lovers worldwide. Along with our rapidly expanding collections, we have sold art to over 8,000 customers, supplied products to over 200 stockists spanning the entirety of Australia, and have shipped products all over the globe.
Where is Urban Road based?
We are an Australian company with offices on the Gold Coast and in Cairns, Queensland.
Where are your products made?
All made-to-order artworks ordered from www.urbanroad.com.au are made in Australia in our warehouses in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. For large commercial orders, there is the option to manufacturers off-shore.
I'm an interior designer/trade professional, how do I access commercial pricing?
If you are a retailer of homeware products, commercial or design professional, please apply here. Once you’ve had a chance to complete & submit the online form, we will review your request and be in touch within 1-3 business days. If we require further information, we will contact you via phone or email.
Our commercial products carry a 24 month manufacturers domestic warranty (excluding fair wear & tear).
What is the warranty period on commercial products?
Do you have samples? How do I get a swatch or sample?
We have fabric and moulding samples for most of our products. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating which product you are interested in, along with your delivery address so that we can post it out to you if available.
On acceptance of job, we can provide prototypes of our products for your job.
How long do commercial orders take to deliver?
All prints are made to order and production time may vary depending on quantity and warehouse location. We will provide you with a timeline for production and delivery during briefing of your project.
